Over the past two years, led by Luiz Sanches, Cintia Gonçalves, and Rodrigo Andrade, AlmapBBDO won a number of national and international awards that have been added to the agency’s already-packed trophy case. Conquests came at the One Show, Clio, D&AD, the New York Festivals, the London International Awards, FIAP, the Wave Festival, and included 47 Cannes Lions.
As of now, the agency has garnered a total of 180 Lions. Among them is the first Gold for Brazil in the Mobile category and a Press Grand Prix for the campaign for Billboard Magazine. AlmapBBDO has been named the most awarded agency in the world by Big Won no less than three times. At the Wave, it’s been named Agency of the Year without fail since the festival began eight years ago. In 2015, it won the Gran Effie for the third time in a row with its case for O Boticário – a meaningful victory that only reinforces the agency’s position as the most frequent recipient at the Effie Awards Brazil. At Caboré, it was elected Agency of the Year four times: in 1997, 2004, 2008, and 2010.
